I start the game with black screen! Got nothing even i patch already. Please help!

I haven't tried but I finished downloading it. My FFVII crashes after I defeat Yuffie and after I defeat the monster in Junon, hopefully using this patch helps the game to function normally and I can finally finish the game.

I think its great that you made a patch for xp but i have a downloaded version which doesnt use cd's!!!

guys, you dont need the patch. just switch to the quarter screen mode and your mini games will run perfectly.

Thanks I like FFVii very much. After i bought a new PC which use XP. I'm Jammed at the prison. Thank to the person who do the patch, I'm very gateful. I can enjoy and complete the game

Every time I tried to get out of Corel Prison, the game would shut me out and give me an error message right before the chocobo race. It was insufferable, as a last ditch effort I googled "FF7 Glitch" and - lo, and behold -, I was no alone in my frustration. I downloaded the patch (about 10 minutes), unzipped it, installed, and VOILA, I was racing chocobos! Big thanks to whatever compassionate genius it was who cared more about the consumers of FF7 that EIDOS! (whose support actually directs you to this patch)I also get a nice feeling knowing that perhaps i will be saved the teeth gnashing, hair pulling frustration of another glitch later to come, because thanks to the patch *sounds like an anti-smoking campaign doenst it?* I will breeze on through oblivious of the potiential error messages that would have occured otherwise.

well, I have downloaded the patch, but it says to me that I dont have the game installed on my computer!please tell me what to do!

I was playing FFVII, and after I beat Dyne (for the 7th time!!) and every 7 times I beat him, it kept on saying FFVII has encountered a problem and needs to close, but when I downloaded this patch, I beat Dyne for the 8th time, and actually got to do the chocobo race!! I finally gotten outta that god forsaken prison, and it's all thnx to this patch! I <3 this patch!!

Someone PLS tell me what to do. The patch refuses to work and keeps on saying that the game is not installed when it obviously is! T_T Pls guys, I really wanna play this game. If anyone could just email the solution to me

I downloaded the patch but everytime i run it i get a msg saying that 'ff7 is not currently installed on your computer'. Its really frustrating, can anyone pls tell me how to fix this? If anyone could just email me telling me what to do I'd be really grateful.
