Hey this patch fixed me up right away! now when i get to the chocobo race i can go right through. also, for those of you with similar problems, go to http://www.ffseven.com/faq.php

I downloaded this patch and installed it. if is start the game, the screen turns black for 2 seconds and then it goes back to xp and nothing happens, no error message, nothing!! and if i try the backup files, all the movies are upside down and the game crashes if i push the menu button in the game. Maybe I installed it wrong, but i dont think so. NEED HELP, PLZ!!! by the way, does any1 have the patch that turnes the videos upside down again?!?

Help! It didnt work! I downloaded the patch but after Cid jumps on the Tiny Bronco the game keeps crashing! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Great patch! Well, I just wish I could find a patch for the glacier movie. It's a problem I've had since before I upgraded to XP. Hope there's a patch out there to fix the problem.

I went to fileplanet and there was a 105 min wait thank you for letting me download this much needed patch for free and not have to sign up to a stupid account.

i have a good computer none the less...256 megs of ram 1.8 athlon xp a gforce 4 etc..it ALWAYS freezes right b4 the chocobo race, ive tried a million times, and i always have to re fight dyne and its simple getting annoying..any1 with the same problem here???

Can you please help, after installing the patch i have now managed to get past Hojo at Sister Ray and onto Disc 3 but every time i try to enter the Ancient Forest it crashes and it does the same when trying to enter the Battle Arena! How can i solve this problem?

help! i'm stuck at the exit of the glancier! movie jams at the part where it shows the crater for the first time.

I couldn't get past the first mission before it crashed! Now the game is running so smoothly, even with using the software renderer. My deepest thanks to those who made this patch.
