Software Submissions Terms & Conditions

You may submit your software to SofoTex.com if your program meets the following Submission Terms. SofoTex.com reserves the right to alter any information provided that is not in the correct format.

Please do not submit the following types of applications:

• Anything of an "adult" nature.
• Java applets
• eBooks of any type
• Applications designed to spam the USENET.
• Warez, cracks, or any other "hacker" type application.
• DOS and Windows 3.x applications.
• No multiple submission

If you offer multiple versions of same application like (Lite, Pro, Advanced) we will only accept one of them (additional versions can be added at a charge).

You must be the author, publisher, or authorized agent of the software.

The software must not infringe on any copyrights or international treaties.

The software and all its documentation must be in English.

Any submissions that do not conform to these guidelines will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to exclude any product from our listings for reasons at our own discretion.
