Very simple. The interface either works, it did for me once, or it doesn't - my current state. There is no support, no contacts you can reach. Buy DVD-X-Copy Platinum instead. www.321studios.com They have real tech support.
I wish this would have worked, the price was right. I guess you get what you pay for and in this case, much less. In fact zero.

Last 5 seconds missing but quality is good
I found that last 5 seconds of converted file is missing but no any problem at all. It not effects the picture. Audio video quality also remains good synchronization.

Very Good
I have made several DVD movies out of various sources including latest DVDs. I would recommend this to all. As this is very good utility.
