Wish it was free but...it works great of course it is one of the best ways to add some bling to your site.

Support is Awful
There is no option to save data anywhere but in the Anim-FX program folder.
Program provides only one font style.
Support is terrible. The author provides "support" via e-mail because there are NO forums. A typical response to a specific question will be "Read our tutorials" and could take 3 or more days.
