This program is excellent, i love it and i cannot believe it is freeware. It's so easy to use and can do most of the popular things Photoshop can do. I love it! I use it all the time to convert, resize and add effects to my images!! get it now!! it's a must-have!

ok i cheated a little ., I downloaded it from another freeware site, But it`s a great program fully functional in windows xp. And hey you cannot beat the price free . by the way this is not spyware like some programs out there , scan it and see for yourself don`t just take my word for it ? check it out what are you waiting for the price to drop , lol ? go ahead take a chance its awsome ?

I try to search the freeware for annotate the tiff image and I found it. It's pretty good.

I think your the last site to have it and it is a very good program. You can do make perfect tiles with it plus alot more.

This program is wonderful! Easy to learn and use. When I was teaching in a university setting, it was invaluable for making lecture slides and web pages. I highly recommend it for anyone who is involved in teaching with visual aids.
