If you're RICH, it's a good program
This guy doesn't let you re-install your OS, and we all know how important it is to do a re-format twice or sometimes three times a year especially since Microsoft Windows always breaks itself. If you re-install, you have to obtain a new license from him, and if your version is no longer supported, you have to BUY ANOTHER license from him EVEN IF THE PROGRAM STILL WORKS WITH YOUR CURRENT HARDWARE. I paid for it once, and I'd just like to stick with that version until it stops working, only then should I need to decide if I want to buy the new version or not. I purchased a license in the past, and he wouldn't give me a license after his website stopped supporting it even though it still worked fine on all current hardware. This guy is a thief. Just because he has a really great program doesn't mean he should treat people this way.
