An elegant programming and aesthetic accomplishment with a sophisticated credit card payment (at time of appointment scheduling) interface. Regrettably, the company fails to provide even BASIC customer service and accessibility. Note there is no way to contact the company and no one will speak with even potential customers about the product - after and even before purchasing! (Can you imagine what kind of service company choose to refuse any reasonable sales inquiries?) Customers are flatly redirected to the software interface and appeals for a brief consultation by phone are flatly rejected. Quite sad and disappointing; as it stands and without MAJOR changes to its service policies, absolutely not recommended.

Great product, no service
I agree with the other review. A very elegant, functional system, no complaints about the product. I am having the same issue with customer service. I have recieved some help with the product in the past but am currently not receiving any reply from them.
