I have dozens of applications installed on my computer, many of them are audio and graphic programs, each attempting to maintain control of common file types (mp3, wav, jpg, bmp, etc.). I find EXTMania to be an extremely easy and ideal program for taking control of file associations. The additional feature of being able to easily change command parameters and icon associations is a very nice touch!
