Folder Lock is a Fraud
This software is nothing more than a pretty face that hides folders. It encrypts nothing and if you ask the company what lock, scramble and encrypt mean, you won't get an answer.

I got my answer by doing a test. I shared out the Locker on my network. I went to my other computer and mapped to it. Then I Locked, Scrambled and Encrypted it and each time, from the other computer, I was able to open the folder and open and change a file.

True to their word, the FL people were quick with email. But, they were not quick with solutions and spoke to me robotically about downloading more software. In the end, I gave up.

Folder Lock is a fraud. You should not use it for anything sensitive.

This is amazingly fast file security software that allows me to lock files in front of me. I like that!

Highly recommended
This program hides/locks my files real fast. I have had 2 Gbs of files in my locker that it locked in 1 second. Very Cool!!!

This program absolutely does not truly hide your files! I tested it on a USB flash drive and was able to directly view and access the test TXT file "hidden" in the "Locker". All you have to do is deselect "Hide Protected Operating System Files" in Windows and your "Hidden Locker" is ready for viewing! To view what files are in the "hidden folder", just repeat the same steps on a computer that has never run Folder Lock, or restart your computer and look at the folder before running Folder Lock. Don't fall for their claims.

I highly recommend Folder Lock to everybody, to protect files, folders and even drives and USB flash drives. Awesome! Sweetest skin a program ever had!
