Program is less than OK. There are certain DVDs that don't convert well. Sometimes the audio is choppy, out of sync. Some DVDs only convert about 16 min. Some DVDs keep skipping back to the beginning. Some DVDs get the ending cut off. I asked for support but there isn't any. You send support requests to Neven-Never Land.
