Their E-mail support is about the worst I have experienced. They tell you at purchase that if you need to reinstall just E-mail them and they will send another download link. Well that never happens. It like once they have you money they disappear. I heard one women paid for the program three times because they don't give the support they promise. But the program is great just as long as you never have to reinstall.

software works great but has malfunctioned. Am unable to get any communication from the company. They ignore email and fax.

Bought the full version with lifetime upgrade. After making 10 dvd's the program freezes up. Tried all 4 links to e-mail & mail program said unable to deliver mail. Would be nice if anyone knew how to get a hold of them

i looked at a lot of burners before i decided to dl and try dvdsanta. it looks ok but with demo (trial) it will put a big annonying DEMO VERSION over the top of your dvd images! if it's full version trial let us try it without ruining a dvd-r. i won't buy a program with tags or whatever, i want to see the finished product. i mean its a 25 day license, but you can't really use the trial version. very disappointed.
