The best windows tweaker programme i have ever seen. It should be an award winning software.

A brilliant program from some brilliant minds, The program itself is the HEART but PLUGINS are it's SOUL. I haven't thought of a tweak/pluggin that's missing, but if I ever do, THEY PROVIDE THE TOOLS TO CREATE YOUR OWN PLUGGINS! NOTHING ELSE COMES CLOSE-ULTIMATE, POWERFUL! BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM & DON'T OVER DO IT! THIS IS A SERIOUS "MACHINE".

This is a super program but be careful in your ambition to tweak everything. You might find yourself formating the hard drive and starting from scratch. If you aren't familiar with the change you're going to make it's better not to do it.

As far as tweaking utilities go, this is definitely all you need. It has so many of other programs functions in it, like personalizers and such. I could say that the interface could be better, and more pleasant looking, but that would be splitting hairs.
