Just not comprehensive enough. About 9 out of 10 terms I tried to find were not in the database of the latest version. 2.0.6 Common terms such as pathogen, transudate, exudate, inflamation, HIV (AIDS is there but HIV should at least be there with a link to AIDS). If the database was comprehensive it would be great. I need a dictionary that doesn't require an internet connection. This application does not require an internet connection, but I've got to keep looking for something with a bigger database.

This is a very handy program. It is good for quick references. It helps me a lot especially the abreviations of medical terms. I just have downloaded the xterm 2.0 which is still an alpha version but it will be great.

I have found that this program doesn't incoperate into the custom dictionary of microsoft word. I haven't been able to find any help telling me how to install it so that microsoft word will use it.
