WorldCast
Reviews for WorldCast

Beware of WorldCast !
I thought Ihad found exactly what I needed, and the features & price seemed gerat, so I purchased Worldcast.
Alas, after trying to send my best wishes email to my contacts (with no success) and after trying to reach some support and getting no answer, I have to draw the conclusion that this product is simply not usable :
- smtp with authentication does not work (this is a bug in Worlcast, it works with all the email clients I tried). Bad luck: due to spam & viruses, all my ISPs require an authentication and have closed port 25.
- The feature allowing to send one email to several recipients is in the documentation, but is not in the software !!!
I am more frustrated by the pain, time spent, and missed emailing than by the lost $.
I wish I had read some of the comments here before purchasing :-(

Worldcast
My single user license ($50) works great with me. In fact, they have 30 day trial. If you don't like it, how come it took you more than 30 days to decide not to use it. The software is very easy to use.

Worldcast software
After dealing with support, I wish I would have never bought this product. after a few months of using it, the product key does not work, and when I email them for support they do not respond and the phone number on the website is disconnected. I paid over 300.00 for a worthless piece of software. Now my bosses are over me for recommending this product, I am very unhappy with this company. Now I will probably need to buy another software and spend countless hours training people. Lots of wasted money.

"A terrible experience!"
I usually don’t write product reviews, but in this case I feel I must. We have had such a terrible experience with this company that I want to warn others about it. Hopefully this will help you avoid the awful hassles we have had to deal with. After paying $49 for this product (WorldCast), the company immediately stopped communicating with us. We found quite a number of really bad problems with the software and sent in bug reports using the email address they have listed on their website. We tried for 3 weeks to get help, and finally gave up. Of course, getting our money back is out of the question, because no one ever responds. We even tried calling them, but even after leaving messages on their cheap-sounding answering machine, we have heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and keep your $49 in your pocket. This product is unreliable at best, and the company’s customer support (HA! HA! What a joke!!) is non-existent.
I guess you get what you pay for. At an attractive price of $49 this software met my needs without a lot of bells & whistles. Simply put, this software doesn't work. Not only did i have key entering problems but I haven't been able to send one email out. I have tried contacting support by email without any response. I guess I wasted my $49. This company should be investigated for fraudulant practices.
