Avoid Wondershare and DemoCreator
I tried to use Democreator and within a couple days had trouble with the audio recording--after working briefly it stopped working, having created some kind of conflict. I tried many things (uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the software) and couldn't get rid of the problem. I contacted customer support. They made a couple lame suggestions, and when that didn't work, they asked me to send my entire project to them to see if they could figure it out. I did that, but they came back with nothing. Because of the time delay, this process took weeks, with every interaction taking at least 24 hours. At the end of the time, I simply asked for a refund. The product was not working according to how it was advertised, and was useless to me. While assuring me that they would process my refund, I have yet to see it--it has been over two months. I've since gone on to use Adobe's Camtasia, and my minor experience with support there couldn't be more different. I highly recommend against this product.

Easy to use applilcation
It is an easy to use applilcation. As I am concerned, the new version is 2.5.
today i happen to try this screen recording tool, of course the 30 trail ver. firstly the GUI is smart and clear. Then i check the basic edit features and all of them have descriptions in details. I try to record a 1-min clip and it works. however i think a distinct control panel should be displayed so i can stop my recording effectively. I also try to use the edit function, adding some effects to my video, well, it's simple and easy to understand how it works. the final output is great, but if you save it as avi format, the file size might be great, too. In all, it's quite good tool especially for those who need to record some demo and tutorial what else.
