Tried it on three machines with different operating systems and it didn't work. I have a friend that uses it and loves it but it never worked for me. Customer support is poor and in broken english as they are in India. Buy at your own risk as it may or may not work and if it does not say good bye to your cash. Great idea and potential solution just not guaranteed - complete roll of the dice.

the server alwes dowen and they upgrade it every two dayes and the upgrading take another two days , they have very bad support , i complaned many times and nothing happend

This company does not stand behind it's software. I purchased the product one week after it changed it's price from $39.95 to $89.95 and was offered a discount that I never received. The the following month they changed the price back to $39.95 but would not refund me the difference.

The software did not give me accurate results as was advertised on their website. I ran several lists twice or three times and each time the results were different. I spent 4 weeks with online chat and emailing back and forth with no help. I was told that they had server problems and I would have to re-run the 50 lists that I previously spent 2 weeks running. I demanded a refund for the difference that they had over charged me - did not get. I then demanded a full refund since their software did not work as advertised on their website, but was told no.

I am not giving my opinion about this company, I am just stating the facts of my experience with this company. Oh- by the way, their website has Dallas, Texas on their contact page, but the company is in India. So someone like me that is completely unsatisfied with their product can not sue them.

It took all day for one person to get just a handful. verifying killing duplicates and sending mails to invalid ids Our mailing list has increased dramatically. Our stat-counter recorded a record number of hits from the first time afterusing vodamail verifier . Our companies sales have definitely benefited from the modest investment.

I wish someone had explained this software to us many years ago.
