I purchased this software December of 2004. The paid version was not correctly installed. I immediately sent the company an e-mail. They allowed me three extra days. After I had re-installed the program, I went to register again, and of course it would not accept the registration key. I asked to have a new one sent to me, so that I could unlock the paid version. To make a long story short, I was sent different suggestions to try as to why my software didn't work, the issue of a new registration was never mentioned. To this date I have never received what I asked for in numerous e-mails. I gave them my money in good faith. I not only do not have the program, I also have never been refunded the 39.99 charged to my credit card.
