i have same problem here, after i reformat my pc i tried to download a full version of the software that was send to me at the time i ordered, but the site is no where to be found i have to license key but can't find the fingerprint version of the software. please mr charles kennedy if you still have the fingerprint version of the software please HELP ME! with it.
