We put another Tactical product (the dialout redirector) in production with no problems so went with the TacServe software to make a PC-based modem pool with 48 modems on a couple of T1 lines. Works great, zero problems. Also Tactical support figured out problems in our own app config from TacServe log files. Can't agree with prior reviewer on this one. BTW the price isn't $100, starts at $500. Between that and all the stuff TacServe does, casual/home users probably want to look elsewhere. Speaking for myself, not my company.
