I have a problem with the POS Software not updating my stocks. Whenever i puchace new stocks the software does not update the newly added stocks,but instead it creates a seperate list which. doesnt add to the already existing stocks list.

If I have 100 pens, it will deduct each one whenever i sell, but if i purchace 100 pens more, it doesnt add these to my prevous stocks, but creates a new list altogether.

I'm having problems accounting for goods at the end of the month.
