I liked very much. Good female characters was surprise and liked the 'anime' look to it. Hard to learn strategy part, although ok after I got right. Mining gems was best.

There are few Independent developers around who can make games of a quality to rival commercial output, and offer something new to gamers who are bored of the same old console rereleases. Up until now, I would have said there was only even one: PomPom, who brought us the joys of Spacetripper and Mutant Storm. Now I think there's a new member to the club: Moonpod. While pompom create perfectly balanced retro arcade gameplay experiences, Moonpod have done the same and also blended in some truly original ideas with their new game Starscape. It's an arcade blaster, mixed in with resource management, ship building, and storyline (you'll have to try the demo to understand what it's like, it's not easy to describe) I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this developer, they've set a standard with Starscape that I hope they can maintain, and perhaps even someday surpass.

Not much to add to the above comments. Just to say: I have been playing this game quite extensively, and it keeps surprising me how much they kept back from the demo for the full version. Some of the weapons you get later on are incredible! I'm surprised they don't show more on their website, I would have bought the game sooner had I seen them.

Wasn't sure about this at first, but then ten hours later I'm still playing it. Make sure you have some time free before buying this!

Worth the download, looks really nice, cool effects, good gameplay. I enjoyed it.
