This software will not install and you cannot contact them to refund your money stay away from this product.

Utterly useless product. Could not even detect that all security was disabled and 3 virusses were installed. A decent free Malware product foung 37 objects and removed them.

I bought 2 licences! n guess what it didnt even resolve any problem on both my pcs! i still cant gain acess to windows update. They claim this software can solve the problem it NOTHING! waste of my $$ and time

this program works and if does the job i don't know what happens when you buy it because i haven't brought it but next time your computer technician comes over and tell you have to reinstail you machine over pop up's tell him his a idoit and use this find the file manuly and and delete it this is the best antispy ware ever but use another program like mcfacce or norton etc.

I have just wasted my money..........beware no help desk and product reverses in to demo mode, which renders it useless.

Absolute rubbish - could not remove vundo Trojan. No technical support - help desk non existent.
Wish I never bought the program - Avoid
