After you download their 'installer', you're taken to a web location where you create and build your website right from your browser, which I actually found to he VERY COO since it let me start my site at home and finish it at work the next morning.

The create site part is easy and takes about 3 minutes. This is where you give your info and choose a theme/color combination for your site.

You will be asked for your credit card before they let you try the service, but they promise that you won't be billed until your trial is over and no charges if you cancel.Once your site is completed they charge a reasonable monthly rate that covers all of their cool tools, hosting and email. Once your site is created, you're live on the Internet. You sign into your own site to make changes. When signed in, you see administration options on each page for adding text, images, pages, menus, etc. I was VERY IMPRESSED. With that said, if you're looking to create and maintain a very nice website with very little effort or investment, you should definitely try this service.
