I downloaded Spam Alarm, was very impressed with it's performance, and decided to purchase the product. The publisher, Dignity Software, promptly accepted my payment. However, the company never sent the registration key for continued use of the product.

I have emailed Dignity Software on repeated occasions to request the registration key, but have gotten no response from them whatsoever. Zip... zilch... nada... not one single word!!!

The trial period has now expired, and the software no longer functions. I am extremely dissatisfied!!!

It's too bad... because the software does everything it claims. I was very pleased with it's quality. Unfortunately, my experience indicates that the publisher is less than trustworthy.
