If you have any problems with SmartDraw the tech support people at http://www.smartdraw.com/support/ are always ready to help. It's different from any software company I've ever heard of...

I downloaded/installed this trial program this afternoon. I have a fairly fast PC, but it took 1.5 hours. Then I tried the software, and each time I tried to open a template, I got a message that I had to install more to be able to open it. Each installation took 30 minutes. After having to do this two times, to open two templates, I decided to uninstall the Smartdraw software. No software/program should be that difficult and time consuming - just to be able to open a template! Even though it is the trial version, it shouldn't be this way!
