Paid for the study pack and never received the product or a response from support or registration. This is a scam!!!!

Could not get the CCNA study pack to register and no responses after many emails. Don't waste your money.

The program is good, questions are excellent and the router simulation is fantastic. The only down point is the slowness of response of the support team once you have bought the program
