I also bought it, and a year later it quit working. After re-install, my paid for code does not work. No reponse from Kasis after a month of trying

I purchased this software 1 year ago for use with American Idol. It worked great and I had few if any complaints regarding the software itself. However, I am attempting to reinstall the software and it now will not accept my registration code. I have contacted Kassis Technologies a month ago regarding this problem and they have not responded yet. Use caution when purchasing this software.
