This is the utility I've been waiting for.
Easy 2 use GUI. Power clipping shuts down any 'dial-home' prog/worm. Allows full restore and even a novice can see what's legit/system critical, and what's not.
Catches the favicon scam & stops it dead.
22 yrs into computers and this is free :-)

The program seems good but it's infected viruses when downloading and installing. When I first run this program, trojen virus DC10.exe was caught by my anti-virus. When I immediately unstalled, another virus was caught again. I'm scared to use it. Be careful.
