Spent $85 on this junk. I have spent weeks going back and forth with so called "tech support". This is a rip-off.

Remote installation is pretty much impossible, as they are getting you to send a virus. Any recipient will not be stupid enough to open it (if their virus protector even lets them.. hotmail/yahoo won't even open it). Not discrete either, as a prompt appears letting target computer know that their computer is being monitored.
I wanted to install on my daughters computer whilst she was away for 2 weeks, and I spent probably a week with tech support trying to figure out how to deploy remotely (nothing worked). You have to install physically yourself if you want it to work.

i've been trying to get this software to install on a remote, no luck, support just keeps giving me the same things to check.......

Sorry have been trying in do a remote install through AOL, I have zipped, implanted, and AOL security sends back every time,
