Although startup speed is slow, MIR.net has most of the options I want in a resizer. What's nice is to be able to save resized images in the same folder.

One of the best features is the ability to add borders. Even bloated, expensive resizing programs don't offer that option. All the major image formats are handled by MIR.net, and on just 80% compression on the High Quality .jpeg setting, total file size in a folder of files was reduced by a whopping 72% — that's very good, indeed.
