Its works! Well on Pinnacle PCI PCTV Pro Stereo dbx TV tuner and InterVideo WinDVR 3 you'll notice a huge different once you install the morgan product.

Works great on a Intel P4 Prescott CPU, I haven't tried it on a AMD XP, but if you have one it can take full use of that processor features like it does with the P4 and the P4 with HT.

If you video capture card doesn't have Mpeg hardware encoder then you need to get the morgan.
