I bought this and it won't record a message longer than 1 minute. The company keeps it's address and phone number a closely guarded secret. They have only an e-mail page, but 3 attempts have produced no help. I thought paying to register would get me support, but I'm stuck with a non-working program right now.

In fairness, I think it would be a good program if I could get it set up to work, but I have no where to turn.

I would not call this a Spy product,unless it's uses lean more toward that field.I find Modem Spy to be all around handy and informational tool,a tool that used properly could be very benificial. Reccommend it Highly for all my friends.
