I purchased this product a year ago. It is good for tracking Aim conversation, however, I have XP and if I run my anti=virus, it erases the program. E-Mails to the Support Group to send me a new link to the program go unanswered. I like the program, but there is no support. Sadly, I'm looking for another monitoring program to track my teens.

purchased this product and found that it didn't do what I needed it to do. the support team was excellent in finding my order and offering me a refund. I am surprised to read the comments on support because they were beyond excellent to me. they had a hard time finding my order but didn't give up the search, found it and refunded my purchase price. I appreciate their good customer service. the product wasn't for me but the service was.

I personally think that everyone deserves privacy, this program, some random person could buy just to be a pervert on the emails that their friend/family are getting.

The product works great once you get it up and running. Customer support or lack there of really stinks though.

Pros:Cheaper than the rest; aim monitor works great; keyboard logging works well; Setup seemed to be easy but...Con's: Screen shots don't work; emailed support three times during the past week with no response. Lack of support alone brings it down another star. Can't recommend a half finished product with no support no matter how much it costs.

I just purchased and downloaded IamBigBrother 9.0 yesterday and now my IE does not work and my computer keeps locking up. I have written to them 3 times requesting support, and they have not responded. If you want to keep your computer in working order, I recommend you spend some more for a better program.

We bought this to monitor the kids activities online. The big problem we have is that the sender names on the incoming emails are wrong. The latest version (9.0)has the same problem. So, if you want to know exactly who is saying what to your loved ones in email, this one still has some bugs. Otherwise, it is very good for the money. It runs in stealth mode, keeps past emails, keystrokes, etc. as long as you want to keep them & is user friendly.
