Helium2 is a fantastic piece of software.
Solid as a rock, very well organised, easy to use, very thorough tagging capabilities, great album viewer, plus lots of thought has been put into the small details with this piece of software.
A must buy if you have lots of music files.

Helium does not include any kind of spyware. The post regarding this is incorrect.

Every time an internet plugin is used within Helium 2, it phones home to a database and checks the information used to register the application as well as send information about your computer. Caution is recommended. Use your firewall to stop the app from calling home. The report a bug feature also sends information about your computer to the developer without your consent.
