good n workable

I have been looking high and low for a Pocket PC propgram that I can keep track of my families medical information. My wife and I have 2 children, and it is important to have their vacinations and what not with you when ever you have appointments to go to, or emergencies that come up. It is also a great plus to have the ability to sync with the desktop for added convenience and backup.
