for starters, your screenshot at sofotex looks nothing like the actual software. more importantly, altho this product isn't rocket science, it took me longer to work with customer support than it did to build my entire website, and my issues are currently still unresolved. it's unfortunate that the marketing is so good for a product that is so buggy.
