GoToMyPC by far is a much better product than logMeIn. For a little bit more money, you get way more features along with an Administration Center. Sure LogMeIn may be free, but it's only a viewer window and basically can't do anything. The set-up is easy and the tech support team is awesome!!

Great for what I need: fast, easy access for tech support to remote computers that run Windows behind routers and firewalls anywhere in the world. My company pays the monthly fee. Of course for other purposes, other tools may be better suited.

GoTo gets points for userability as well as ease of installation. However, it is still one of the most expensive remote access software programs out there. You can get something cheaper, with the same capabilities elsewhere. Try Webex or the more robust LogMeIn, which are both totally free. As much as I do like GoTo, its def not worth the price if there are other credible companies out there offereing better remote access for free.

I was impressed how easy to set up and use GoToMyPc was compared to Remote Desktop or VNC.
You have to pay for what you get, but after trying the free downloads of LogMeIn, Mywebexpc and GoToMyPc (urls http://wwww.logmein.com, https://www.mywebexpc.com/signup.php, http://www.groovyweb.uklinux.net/gotomypc-download.php?page_name=gotomypc%20download respectively) I found GoToMyPc the easiest to use.

Try Logmein for free remote access. It's actually better and did I mention Free?
