My review is really a "0" but they don't offer that option! After purchasing the full program as when I downloaded the free one it would only fix 100 problems and after their first scan I had over 1,000 problems. Every scan came up with the same number of problems which was never fixed as if you ran another scan would come up with the same number. I ended up doing the Live Chat that they insist you do when I asked for my refund, I was suppose to recieve instructions by email to fix the problem, never did. I then complained again about this program and eventually I received an email that I would get my refund back within 7 working business days, that was February 15, 2011, it is now March 15, 2011 and never did receive the refund. I sent an email to headquarters with a copy of the emial I got about my refund, twice now, and have never received a reply which they tell you that you will hear from them within 245-48 hours. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

I ordered the Windows Free Registry Fix on 8/30/10 and it worked fine for a while. I had some work done on my computer and lost the .exe file. I have emailed the company 4 times and keep getting the same generic email - to go to www.freeregistryfix.com/live.html. When I do no one is ever available OR they want an identifier # to contact them which I don't have. I want my money back from this RIPOFF COMPANY. Any suggestions on how to do this.

I purchased the full version of Free Registry Fix, and it was out of my bank in a flash, but there was no download forthcoming, when I tried to contact them, you get one chance to talk to them to fix the problem, and if you're not a fast typist, like me, they baffle you wit gobbledigook and then the connection times out, and you cannot get them again. this is a complete rip-off, and there is no way of contacting them to get my money back, as the web address doesn't work

Promosoft will scan your computer free. This scan will show you have a significant amount of errors. In my case, over 1500.

I purchased the program to fix the errors. After purchase, the scan is run again (before fixing any errors) it only showed 5 errors with the purchased scan!

Promosoft does not have a phone number to contact customer service.so I emailed them about the free scan running simultaneously with the purchased scan showing different results in errors. Also the dialog box to report an error doesn't work. I never received a reply email.

Needless to say, that email for my refund was never received. I still have not gotten a refund. I highly reccomend NOT using this company!

I ran the free program which told me I had 1808 registry problems so I bought the program to fix it. Now, the original "free" scan pops up daily, runs and still diagonsis anywhere from 899 to 1710 problems that need repair while the scan with the purchased product indicates that everything is fine. Can you say SCAM. Also, there is no way to contact these people for correction.

Read the fine print. The Free version is limited to 50 fixes; you have to pay for the full version. When I ran the system, it received an error and presented a dialog. The dialog had two buttons, one to send/report the problem, another to not report the error. Neither button worked - the dialog remained up, with the scan halted. I could close the dialog via the Windows close icon.

Simple, clean interface, fast, efficient

Fixed most of my registry problems without much fuss. Just gets the job done.
