I tested with my wmv video. It took a few minutes for converting my half-hour wmv to flash. If you use a low speed machine, it will take a bit longer. The great-looking player skins seems useless for some users, but it helps personalize the flash videos.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The single mode is like a wizard. I prefer using the batch mode for it allows importing multiple files at a time. I like to choose to convert files simultaneously.

I don't find the missing point of this software. However, it is just the only one I tried. It looks great with easy user interface. I like the control bars, which enable me to play various FLV videos on one site. I will also try other software.
