There are very good commemts indeed but my need is that I not sure will it work in Windows Server 2008 where i have problems using the browser to ftp and always getting an inaccessible 530 code.
So will this work as? Need some help.

Unlike the previous comment, I found this version extremely stable and reliable. Also found it was able to co-reside with various other programs running without conflicts unlike other FTP servers. Quite something on WinXP these days. I have found that it's passive mode is extremely useful in a support environment working easily and efficiently with every vendors connection so far.

I have used it for a couple of months.
It is really easy to use. Its virtual directory feature is really useful.

However, it always hang on my computer.
The program crashes from time to time.
When it crashes, the user cannot log in and I have to turn the server down using the task manager.

Although it does not happen everyday, but I cannot rely on it anyway.
I came to this site just because I am looking for another program.
