I just want to know who wrote the review above and want to know what they bought instead. I'm looking for a s/w that would handle phone dictation and was about to buy a site license for DialDictate but now I'm not too sure. I sure would like to chat with you and learn of your mishaps.

We purchased the software and hardware from their website and have had nothing but problems ever since. We needed a dictation system in a hurry and they have failed almost every way. We even purchased a support plan, but after 48 hours still have not heard back from them. The software will not hang up after a call is terminated. We have run tests that show the telephone boards are showing the line as 'hangup', but the software will not release the line for 3 to 5 minutes. That is a huge impact on telephone costs. I would steer clear of this group.
