Interestuing that none of the reviews mentioned that internet sessions are logged and stats sent back along with Adware included - this is documented in "licence.txt"

I couldn't get NTI or Nero to work with my NE 3250a CD/DVD burner. DeepBurn worked perfectly and is free for personal use and basic burdning, $20 for full-featured.

I misplaced the disk of the DVD writing software that came with my drive. So I looked for a freeware. This one worked well and simple than my other software.

Tried it, liked it and decided to buy the full pro programme (for peanuts). Does everything I need and more reliable than Nero

Excellent Software.
I tried a few different ones and this is clearly the winner for me (I'm using it to create backup data CDs). It has an easy and intuitive interface and best of all, it's free. Highly recommended for performing quick backups to CD.

downloaded and installed like a champ, burned 2 audio cd's as a test,one mp3 to wav, the other straight audio, no hitches, sound excellent on finished product, well done, now if you could add DVD ripper,

I downloaded this program twice and neither time would it install. It tells me it is corrupted. :-(

I couldn't get NTI CD Creater Platium-6 to see my Samsung SW-252B CD burner. So, I tried DeepBurner. It installed without a hitch (though I had to create a link to it's .exe file to fire it up). I only tried copying a CD, and all went smoothly. It looks like it's fine for DATA CDs (single file, and copying), but there's no features I could see for ripping music CDs. For my purposes, I'm real happy with this software.
