I bought this software to make moving iTunes from my old computer to my new computer simple and quick rather than having to go through the manual process. I thought ease and speed would be worth the $30. I was SO wrong! This software does not work as sold. It crashed the first two times after spinning for 15+ minutes moving files. I inquired with customer service and they sent me a new version which also did not work. I finally moved everything manually and politely asked Cucusoft for a refund since the software did not work. They emailed me back and said i was out of luck - they do not give refunds whether or not the software works! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
