Purchased Clean Space 15 in Aug 2009. Worked okay until I received a notification for what I thought was a free upgrade to 15.35. Downloaded and found out I had to pay. Deleted it and now original asks for a key. I entered my original one for just my same version. Says that key expired. Contacted customer service and concisely told too bad. I will NEVER purchase ANY product from TeoSoft; Clean-Space.com International or ANY other subsidiary or affiliate.

The program works pretty well, but if you forget your password, don't count on much help from Teosoft. I forgot mine and have asked twice for help reinstalllin the program or something. But they have only sent me form letters telling me to reinstall it. Which doesn't work (Windows XP). Even after a reinstall, I still get prompted for my password. Not my key - which I have. Does anyone know how to fix this?
