The software performs brilliantly. The user above noted one section that did not perform quite right after a major upgrade. We immediately began working on it and kept at it till it was done, notifying this user the whole time. When it was done, he asked for and received a refund. Sometimes though, no matter how you try to please clients, they are not appeased. Expired Domain Sleuth has made a lot of our members a LOT of money by helping them capture expiring domain names. My expereince has been that the program has too many ongoing glitches that make the whole program return zero results for my particular use. Continued promises to fix do not materialize for weeks. Support is poor. When the program does work it is slow. My experience is that nearly all the time there is an ongoing, or new, problem, which does not get fixed. Communication from sellers site and support is extremely poor, with nothing but promises and little else. I have given up paying a monthly fee for a program I cannot use. My advise, find an alternative.
