I paid after the trial period via Pay Pal and never received activation cide needed to use it. Now attempting to file a complaint and refund request from Pay Pal.

It was a great program for the trial, but don't try to register it. I've sent them multiple emails and never heard back, yet they were quick to charge my paypal. Just use the trail version and then delete it.

The only problem I see with this program besides the apparent bad customer service is that it doesn't highlight your cards on MSN...however, by far the BEST card counter is Zone Auto Card Counter (ZACC)

I installed the trial version and it worked well so I ordered the full version. I never received the software/validation key and multiple emails to the company were ignored. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and received the software several days later. The trial version was v6.4. The full version that I received was v6.2 and DID NOT WORK. This company seems to be complety indifferent to it's customers' concerns and unreponsive to inquiries regarding order status or tech support. I consider the $5 spent on this product to be a complete waste of money.

Ok this is an awesome program... best card counter i ever found, and for 5 bucks its a great deal right? Sure except I ran x-cleaner and it detected one of the files as KeyThief keylogger... thought it might be a false alarm... so i used a registry monitor, which tells what programs are accessing what keys in the registry, etc... simply clicking to open the program, it accessed the registry 200+ times in one second. Now I'm not a computer whiz so maybe this is normal, but I found a few I didn't like, it created a VB 6 registry entry, and then something like 'query key value VB 6 Allow Unsafe Object Passing?' Now I dont know but it seems to me that it is looking for a way to infect your pc with something... I emailed the 'company' or whatever, with the link on their website three times and got no response... So that tells me maybe I'm on to something and they figure if they ignore me I'll go away?

Its the best U can get!! pay 5 bucks once and ur golden Only one problem, if ur puter crashes good luck getting it back tech support sssssuckssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky if u get it back again unless U hassle the hell out of the one and only guy who is casshing in on it. Get ready to send alot of email to him and here I am busy right now bologne, thus the 4 rating otherwise, 5 STARS

Downloaded Trial, Time ran out, so I then paid for it with Paypal.
Been a month, sent them several Emails, no way to register it,

I like the card counter alot. It is very handy except sometimes it does not catch all the cards.
