This software is great for just recording and converting some files. The video capturing and recording is fair, overall I rate the software a #5. As for support, $25 a license and/or upgrade.
If your system crashes or you buy a new computer and try to re-install BMP, there is no such thing, not for less than $25 a license and/or upgrade.
