Bitdefender 9 is the best free antivirus on this planet. I am a computer wiz so i should know. I've used AVG, Avast, AntiVir PE, all the free ones. They all suck compared to bitdefender. According to www.virus.gr, the best website for antivirus comparison, bitdefender is at the top. If you want your computer to be safe from most viruses, get bitdefender. If you want to go higher, go for F-Secure or Kaspersky. The only thing that'sbad about bitdefender is that it doesnt say anything about delting the viruses. It only shows the number of viruses found and thenumber if infected files it has deleted.

I've tested many free antivirus scanners including the two well known ones: AVG and AVAST. I've tested AntiVir and many others. BitDefender has beaten them all with the fact that it has far better virus detection. It's no the best virus scanner in the world but it is the best FREE virus scanner. Both F-Secure and Kaspersky beat it. I recommend either Zonealarm or Sygate Firewall. The best antivirus review and comparison website is www.virus.gr The other websites are bogus and are not very truthful.

This Program can't be detected by windows and zonealarm. By each start up the windows message box will come up and say there isn't a virusscanner on the pc. But what....I have installed Bitdefender. guess it's not good at all!!

i have use this program for over a year now and it has been fault less, far better than Norton. Intregrated firewall as standard
