We have been using BCSS for a long time. Service has been nothing less than excellent and the value is way beyond any other consignment software offered. The original price is very reasonable and there are no ongoing service fees. There have been no 'surprises' after purchase, like fees that weren't disclosed, etc. IMHO there's no close second to bCSS.

should be called best consignment shop software beware.....i agree with ed...or software has now been down for 3 days...support sucks....cant talk to anyone...system crashes all the time...if you were thinking about this software...i would recommend going elsewhere....

The CD with software and the equipment was not shipped in a timely manner.The software will not run on Vista 64 bit, despite to claims it runs on Vista.There are numerous problem with support, first they seldom answer the phone in the afternoon PST, despite the claims the support is YOUR hours not theirs. They seldom reply to email in a timely manner, until called or reminded. The support staff is ONE person. Most of the documentation is Marketing information. You must spend days with this software to figure out what it does and how to make it do what you want. After having so many problems they no longer answer emails or return calls. This company should be avoided. Issues are, Cash drawer will not open, software crashes often, print commands go into the either, reports not reporting the correct information. They go on for to long to list here.
